Want to check if there are any Cycle Events planned in your area?
We are working with various cycling organisations to promote cooperation and understanding between these two groups of vulnerable road users. Most cycling road races are organised under the auspices of British Cycling through their club network. It is always a good idea to make contact with your local cycling clubs to establish their programme of events to help avoid conflict. However if you are planning a weekend ride out please visit http://www.britishcycling.org.uk/events to find out if there are any road races taking place in your area. Details on this site will give the areas of the country and contact details of the organisers.
